We pass through Kleinmond, a little town at the mouth of the Bot River Lagoon that is home to the only herd of wetland horses in South Africa.

Finally, we arrive in Hermanus. A cliff-top walkway stretching from the old harbor near the town center to the Blue Flag certified Grotto Beach offer some of the best whale watching in the world. Our Journey back to Cape Town takes us through Botriver village, Houhoek pass, and Grabouw in the Elgin Valley, famous for its apple orchards.
